About ASKO OSLOFJORD
ASKO OSLOFJORD AS is a wholesaler and part of ASKO, serving 300 NorgesGruppen grocery stores, including KIWI, MENY, Spar and Joker.
ASKO OSLOFJORD's new, highly automated logistics center near Sande spans 35,000 square meters and rises 30 meters high, designed to meet the highest sustainability standards. The building is certified BREEAM Outstanding!
We have automated processes for frozen and ambient goods, while fruit and vegetables are picked manually. Chilled goods, flowers, and fresh food are cross-docked on site.
ASKO OSLOFJORD AS supplies groceries to NorgesGruppen ASA stores across four counties around the Oslofjord—a market characterized by tough competition and demanding customers. We generate 20% of ASKO’s revenue, with projected revenue of 18 billion NOK this year.
Our peak daily capacity includes 115,000 D-pack ambient units and 23,000 D-pack freezer units handled by robots, plus 65,000 D-pack fruit and vegetables.
We also manage the entire returns flow from stores, including cartons, plastic, light bulbs, food waste, pallets, containers, and roll cages.
